| INGREDIENTS ONE DOZEN EGGS MAYONAISE OR SALAD DRESSING MUSTARD PICKLE RELISH BLACK OLIVES AND OR GREEN OLIVES WITH PIMIENTO SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER |
| Place eggs in large enough pan to hold them all. Cover with cold water. Bring to boil. When water starts to boil, boil additional 10 minutes. To keep egg shells from sticking to egg add 1 teaspoon salt. |
| Cool eggs. When cool remove the shells and cut in half. |
| Remove yolks and place in separate bowls. Using a fork smash the yolks. Add 1/2 C mayonnaise, two tablespoons relish, one teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. |
| Using a teaspoon, spoon the egg yolk mixture back into egg whites. For variety, divide the yolk mixture in half and add green food coloring to half. Cut the black olives and green olives in half and add to top of egg yolks. Add red stripes in each eye using a toothpick dipped in red food coloring. |
