Halloween-YardHauntsHalloween-YardHaunts are Haunts that are considered amateur Haunts; although some are so good I have a hard time calling them amateur. These Haunts are usually Free or donation for a local food bank etc. The Haunts are usually set up in individual yards, back yards, through houses and in neighborhood groups. Sometimes Libraries, local schools or commercial store will host Haunts such as Boarder Books, or Whole Foods Markets will host story nights, free candy, coupons, costume contests, dances etc. These Haunts are local and difficult to find. If you know of a yard Haunt or locations hosting some kind of Free or nearly free Haunts please let me know. In my opinion, they are the best of the season. The care and attention to detail individuals give to their kind of Halloween really makes the season so much fun for everyone.
