I make my Halloween-Ghosts and I can't say I have every seen one but I do feel an eerie cold chill and sense something in the Old School we bought. In fact we hear music all the time at the oddest hours. We just kinda blew this off as our imaginations until one day Jr's brother was sitting in the hallway with us and asked if we had the radio on. We didn't and now we we're not the only ones hearing the ghosts and sounds remaining after the Old School was vacated.
