OWL FOR THE CEMETARY WINDOW SHADE DECORATION
This owl is a basic design to use on the window shades. It can be put on a limb of the tree for the cemetery scene. This shadow is two basic circles. I made mine with a shiny blue fabric and yellow eyes. If you are using this as a silhouette for a shade black fabric is just as good.MATERIAL SUPPLIES Fabric sufficient enough for the body; probably not more than 1/3 yard or a large remnant. Remnant for eyes. DRAWING THE SHAPE The size of your shadow will be determined by the size of your window. Standard windows would accommodate an shadow anywhere between 5 inches and 12 inches. Draw an oval with and intersecting circle on top. The top circle should intersect about half way through the oval. Flatten the bottom of the oval. Add eyes. Eyes can be round or 2/3 rounds. Add to a limb on shade. The
OWL instructions are sold with illustration on how to draw including bonus variations in the shop.
