Screw the other pipe with the female adapter and “T” into the male adapter.
INSTALLING AND LIGHTING:
Put the tent stakes through the slots of the flange and pound into ground. Depending on how windy the area is it will require two to four stakes.
Unwind the 100 mini light set and drape evenly on both sides of the “T”. Use a twist tie or zip strip to secure the light to the pole just under the “T” and just at the end of the rod before it connects into the foot.
Put costume over the stand and adjust so it is setting equally in the middle of the hat.
Using the metal garden stakes, put one stake through each tab and secure to the ground. The stakes stay in the ground better when inserted at an angle.
Connect to electricity. DONE. To protect connection ends from the weather make sure the connection stays underneath the costume. If possible keep or secure to leg to keep connection end off the ground and away from the water. Always use outdoor lights and sufficient size electrical cord.
